Moved to Alberta last summer from Ontario. Purchased a dynasty home in Morinville and we are extremely happy with our purchase. Amazing quality work goes into these houses and each house is different with its own character and excellent finishing touches. Blair is amazing to deal with and is always there asking if there are any issues or if we need any help. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience with dynasty homes and Blair. I would highly recommend that if you are in the market for a new house, dynasty homes will not disappoint. Amazing houses and customer service!

Dynasty Builders is a family run business that stands out from the rest. Their attention to detail and workmanship is above other builders that we looked into. Making sure you have all the modern comforts in a new home at an affordable price will put your mind at ease.
We were on somewhat of a time crunch when we came to Morinville from Ontario. With only about 8 days to look and purchase a home before flying back. We fell in love with the town and knew Dynasty Builders was the right choice for us.
Construction manager Blair Carmichael, has been more than accommodating with us. He was quick to respond if we had any sort of issue big or small. He always made sure that we were happy and satisfied with the outcome. Sometimes he would even stop by if he was in the area to say hi and make sure we didn't have any issues or concerns.
We are more than happy with our home and we can't say enough about how professional this company and its staff have been to us. They have truly gone above and beyond to make us happy.
