Karen has been cutting and coloring my hair for 20 + years now. She is an amazing colorist, especially with blonde hair, and the blow outs she gives far exceed any other salon I have tried. There was a period of about 4 years where she went to live out of country and I had to find another stylist. Let me tell you that it was a long arduous process looking for someone of her caliber to get my hair cut and colored. THOUGHT I had found someone comparable but NOPE. This stylist completely fried and damaged my hair to what I thought was beyond repair. Karen came back about 3 years ago and I immediately went back to her. Yes, it has taken some time but she managed to bring my hair back to what it was before. She truly is a wizard with hair and knows how not to damage your hair while coloring. In my opinion she can NEVER leave the business. Give her one try and I guarantee you will leave your current stylist in the dust.
