Protec Roofing is under new ownership and they are awesome! The new team found my first review and contacted me about the problems. They were very concerned that I hadn't received the service I had paid for and worked hard to gain my confidence. The new crew inspected the problems, and came in and fixed everything I had complained about in my previous post, including a few problems that I never knew were there! All under the warranty, no additional cost to me.
