Ruth and Reel Story Communications is my go to company for any Videography projects that I ever need done. I know that I will always be presented with a beautiful finished project that goes above and beyond what I was hoping for. We gave Ruth an insane timeline and the basic concept for the video (we were under the gun for a fundraising event). We wanted our video to have broader appeal than just the one event, though, and we had several constraints.

Ruth made insightful suggestions, asked questions to identify what was critical that we needed/wanted, and then delivered an amazing first cut to which we needed maybe 10-12 edits. Knowing our timeline, she was on those edits quickly and provided a final finished product before our deadline!

More importantly, we felt Ruth really took the time to understand who we are and the impact we make in the community. She was kind and encouraging in interviewing the staff (who were nervous about being on camera). She made them feel comfortable quite quickly and really pulled out some great stuff from everyone. She was super efficient with setting up shots, filming and getting the initial audio files to us to review. It was great to work with her and we would do so again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend 🙂

We have completed many projects with Ruth and Kim at Reel Story Communications and each time we have been very pleased with the outcome. They have been patient with us while we worked out our vision for each video and didn't stop making tweaks in the editing process until we were completely satisfied with the results.
