Joel and his team are amazing. I have had the pleasure of working with Joel a few times now and his professionalism was exceptional. His workmanship is excellent. He does a great job and he leaves the job site spotless. If you want a great contractor this is your guy!!! He is also very kind. Don’t look any where else.

I liked the professional and courtesy way that Joel handled my renovations. I have done several renovations over the years and have had some good, some not so good contractors, however Joel was by far the best. His concern about my wants and needs were very appreciated. My condo was left clean. Joel’s workmanship was excellent. I would recommend him to anyone. Keep up the good work.

I had 2 skylights placed in my home and the inside finishing of the skylight tunnels was a difficult task. Joel had to construct scaffolding around my kitchen counters in order to gain access. The working spaces were very tight and difficult to work in and it was also very hot at the time, but he managed to complete the job, including drywall, taping and mudding, as well as the painting in a very timely manor.. His quality of work is excellent, he was efficient, thorough and he showed up when he was suppose to! He disassembled the scaffolding and reassembled it each time he came, and left the area tidy when he was done each day. I will be using him again to change my ceiling from popcorn to knock-down. I have seen his work on his own home and it looks great! Highly recommend Briggs 10!

Great job, very particular and hard working. Joel did our entire 2800sq ft custom build and we have received many compliments on how well it was done.
