I have to laugh at the negative reviews because this facility choose to follow provincial and federal regulations.

As for what really matters, Spoons is absolutely incredible. The owners knowledge and experience is immense, and it shows in how well kept the horses are. The ground are really well maintained, arenas always harrowed, alleys kept swept. It's also an incredibly welcome place. From the first time I visited i was treated like family.

I know when I'm ready to buy another horse it will be going to Spoons without a second thought.

Extremely clean and excellent care. Nice facilities, bedding and quality hay. Shelley is super welcoming. As a professional in the agriculture industry I have very high standards for animal care. I have been involved in the animal husbandry care program for dairy and can tell you Spoons care for the horses meets every criteria. Our family loves how clean the facility is and how much they care for each individual animal. This is the owners home and they treat the horses/borders like they are apart of it. They try to do clinics, brunches and other events to try to encourage a positive boarding experience. They take health and safety seriously. Thank you Shelley for everything you do. I highly recommend Spoons!

I've been at Spoons for 2 years and honestly the best boarding facility I have ever been at. I've never once had to worry about how my horse is being taken care of.
Zero Drama! It has always felt like a family to me. I absolutely love going to see and ride my horse and hang out with whoever else is around.

Fantastic horse care, extremely welcoming, lovely barn, everyone is so friendly and I have never trusted someone more with my horse ! The owners work their butts off and it shows! You can tell that they truly care for your horses wellbeing.
