Provide realistic accurate assessments of scope of service, the amount of work required to build or repair something along with cost estimates. Honest and integral in their dealings and timely on their communication. Can do everything from snow removal, small scale excavation, fabrication, repair work, journeyman welder work, super strong work ethic and willing to take on any sort of job as long as one is willing to pay a fair price with a reasonable timeline for planning a proper approach to getting the work done effectively. No problem for which they can't find a solution and never hesitate on doing some hard work.
