My wife and i lived at Capital place from year 2000 -2021. Weve seen 3 managment changes. We never defaulted on our rent. We are both seniors with medical issues. That being said; Pro's: Our 2 bedroom suite was always warm and cozy. No bed bugs or other pests. One of the few apartment buidlings with an elevator in Clareview. Hall carpets are cleaned every day, other tennants are friendly, close to shopping and transit. Rent is very affordable. Up to a point management treated us fairly. Repairs were done in an orderly hassel free timely manner. Cons: No pets. Avoid renting out of managers building facing the green space. From Spring to first snow kids from the units on the other side of green space (not Capital place) play from 11am to midnight except school nights. Unless you have children or have a low tollerance for noise, the kids will drive you crazy. Very loud. Heads up.
Good apprtment to live , they clean carpets and corridor every day , near all the stores , good management, .
It’s good place as you are near to market plaza ...lighting inside apartment is good ..walk-in shoppers,superstore and dollar Rama.
