I am in love with your Chaga cheddar as well as your outstanding Brie! I picked it up at @Victoria Fancy sausage and the @Italiancentershop and @Meuwly’s You guys do get around wink wink! Now how about sone 38-45% heavy cream and some 84-90% butter...YUMMMO!
I had Chaga cheddar and fromage blanc. Both were excellent.
Mmmmmmm, I just picked up some of these Wonderful, Delicious, Flavourful cheeses. I found a selection at the Southside Italian Centre shop. Their Chaga Cheddar is united with chaga from Untamed Feast, another fantastic local business specializing in wild mushrooms and forest edibles. Brie - creamy full flavour, with a beautiful crust and then comes the silky voluptuous texture from the center. Fromage Blanc - delicately sweet and lovely texture. Chaga Cheddar - so unique and addictive. Bravo! Butter Cheese - two flavours wow your palate, first it's buttery cream, soft and then it changes to sharp and salty. So cool! Local, fresh, delicious cheeses. Looking forward to buying directly from the farm but I did appreciate that I could find it in the city.
