I do not have enough words of gratitude for helping me when my boy, Chunk, passed a few weeks ago.
They were extremely accommodating due to the situation and understanding.

I can’t say enough about the kindness, compassion and professionalism of everyone at a Part of the Family. From the people I spoke with on the phone to the person who came to my home to take away my sweet dog, to the interactions I had to get his paw print, everyone was so amazing. They made the hardest day a bit more bearable with their genuine love and care. I have recommended them to several people who have had to say goodbye to a loved pet.

Had a wonderful experience using Part of the Family for the cremation of our dog. All the contact I have had with them this past week - from the phone conversations to the gentleman that picked our dog up, have been positive and loving and accommodating. The little extras, such as the candle and the prints really meant a lot. Very special experience during this difficult time.

Every time I need to use their services, they have always been empathic. They respect what you are going through. They never push you through the process and they keep in contact with you. They want you to send or bring a photo for the wall of pets. You feel you can trust them with the final care of you pet.

Absolutely amazing people! And cost is better than through the vet. The experience alone helped my kids cope with our loss so much better.
