(October 6, 2021, 6:08 pm)Great environment for beginners and advanced martial artists alike. The instructors/coaches are knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Renshi Ken is a great example of a martial artist. I highly recommend Arashido Sylvan Lake if you live around Central Alberta area. The expertise is evident and the community is amazing. They offer great value for all ages.
