I lived in the town houses and now the apartments and it's a really nice clean building and the management is amazing and always polite, Bev is the best landlord I have had in years I totally recommend this place and her as a landlord to anyone...

Moved in last week of Sept. Apt was clean and ready as promised. Bev made our move-in seamless from her end. Finding the building clean and quiet and people friendly and welcoming. Having a tenant cart and wheelie is a huge bonus.
