(November 12, 2021, 2:43 am)I popped in unannounced to discuss a boat I'm getting built (I live out of province). Spent over an hour looking at designs, different colours and customizations. The whole crew gave me their attention and was ready and willing to answer any questions I had. Hats off to Kim, Kevin and Mike for showing me around and giving me the honest no BS answers I wanted. Beauty of a crew, five star service!

(May 17, 2018, 3:31 pm)I just love the boat. Everything works better than expected. I did have an issue with the paint and Kevin redid the paint job at no cost. Also a couple other small issues that he also looked at with no questions asked. I definitely would recommend purchasing your jet boat from Bratt Jet.
