Recently ordered a 2024 GMC Denali 2500 from Bob. I spent days shopping around to find the best price calling probably every dealer from fort McMurray south. None or them were able to move on the price or were willing to order me a truck. Bob got right to the point and got me what I wanted for a great price. I wish my local dealer could have taken care of me like Bob did. I will be heading to Taber for my next GM

We were vacationing in Alberta from out of province when our GMC Sierra started stalling on the hwy right outside Tabor AB. We found McDonald Chevrolet by googling. We phoned and explained our problem to Jill who took the time to direct us right to the dealership door, staying on the phone with us. We were pulling an RV which they let us unhook and place in their yard till the truck was fixed. Jill had Micheal/Mark (unsure of his name) diagnose the problem. He got the problem figured out from just listening to the symptoms. The truck was in their shop overnight, it was repaired by noon and we were back on our vacation.
Jill told us where a hotel was to stay overnight, gave us directions to places to eat, stores to check out and even drove us to a laundromat while we were waiting for the truck to be fixed.
Jill truly knows the meaning of customer service. This service center had a great diagnostic and mechanical team. If they weren't so far from where we live, I'd for sure be back for service work on my vehicle.
