The product speaks for itself...so many awards!! Customer service is what I'm speaking to. We came in from BC, enjoyed an afternoon of beer and pretzels, stocked up on some favorites and a glass to enjoy it in. When we got home, we saw the glass had three little cracks in it just by the logo, so we asked if it could be replaced. Of course, not being local this needed to involve shipping a new glass. After getting past an employee who was on her way out and who initially preferred not put aside my request, Terra stepped in and was a superstar!! This superstar renewed my desire to be a customer, so we ordered a few six packs to be shipped also...well done Terra!! The new glass is working great and we love the stickers included with our order!
