Canada Border Services Agency - Coutts Port of Entry

I went to the border to get second half of Nexus interview done. When there the officer was very helpful and we were also able to get my son’s interview completed at the same time. It was a great experience.

I was there this morning for work permit KELHER was the officer . Absolutely respectful and responsible officer . He treated us very well and we were done in 2 hours . And even apologized for waiting. Very supportive service

Couple years ago when I was doing Uber I didn't have my passport yet. Now I do. I accidentally drove up to the boarder. They were nice enough to let me in without one. I just turned around right away and came back to the US, but hey thanks for the cool story about how I got into Canada with no passport. Getting back into America they grill ya a bit more, but I was only gone for like 15 minutes or however long the line was. Either way I love that I have this story.

Very smooth process when I finished US open championship at Tucson Arizona and got back home, Border officer Mr.Cubrilo explained all the questions professionally, we had , extremely pleasant trip back at this location, thanks a lot for all border protections to Canada! God bless Canada
