Incredible staff with more patience than I have ever seen in this industry. Having worked customer service myself I don't know how they do it every day. The prices may not be perfect, but its high speed internet for rural communities so that's to be expected. They are literally doing something other larger companies failed at, and as a non profit!
Maybe one day, if the community grows, and with the it support, prices will come down. Unfortunately they aren't as big as shaw or telus and can't throw hundreds of thousands of dollars at a problem to be fixed and instead have to get creative.
Way to go guys, keep up the excellent work. Though it may not seem like it, there are many here that appreciate all the hard work you do.
