Matt and crew came to our permanent rv site to replace the aluminum siding in the front of our trailer that was damaged during a hail storm. They did a great job on site and then we had them reseal the roof membrane as a preventative measure. The do very good work at a very fair price. I highly recommend them. Thanks again Westlock RV!
Great service. MUCH better than the dealer, closer and far easier to deal with. Definitely will continue dealing with Matt as long as we own a trailer.
Worked with this company on a sub contract basis. This company is professional, organized and provides high quality work. Highly recommended for any RV service and repairs.
We woke up this Saturday morning with a bad electrical smell in the rear of the trailer. We saw westlock truck drive by in our campground so we hit them up to come look. The tech said that if the electricity would have remained on for any length of Time that the camper would have burnt down. We have a 2018 so did not expect to hear that. They took control and had it fixed within the hour so now we have our hot water tank running and functioning like it should. These guys had other jobs that day but because of the situation they had me fixed up within the hour. Highly recommend the service and price is great too.

I have to admit I am pretty lazy about writing reviews. The exception being when the service is outstanding. We were an hour away from home going on our first camping trip of the year. We felt a shudder in the trailer brakes and immediately stopped. I quickly found the trailer cable had been dragging on the ground and the wires were shorting. We are now 2-1/2 hours from our destination with no trailer lights or brakes. A quick google search came up with Westlock Mobile Repair. Matt answered the phone and said he could meet us back at his shop in about 45 minutes. We were in the middle of a heatwave with temperature at 37C. We were met by Matt and his wife. In about an hour Matt had the cable replaced and everything seemed ok. As i backed out the trailer brakes again shuddered. A quick inspection found that the brakes had totally overheated and were now useless. Fortunately he had all of the parts and again in just over an hour the job was complete. Matt had many other jobs that day but took the time with us and insured our trip was not ruined. To top this the prices charged were totally reasonable. In fact i had a cable replaced on another trailer years ago and it was quite a bit more expensive. Considering the situation we were in he could have taken advantage, but he did not. You rarely find this exemplary service these days, but we did. Thanks to Matt and his very kind wife. Floyd & Teressa
