Ashley took us around to a few homes we had picked out. She had a portfolio ready on each property to give us an idea of value jumps, sales issues, and any hidden fees/problems as we looked.

When we came to a scheduling issue with another realtor Ashley expertly nagivated the issue and got us back on track.

We decided to put an offer on a place and with Ashleys advice and quick communications we soon had a below asking sealed deal!

But thats not all, we now needed to sell our old home!

Ashley showed up with market comparisons and evaluations that we weren't entirely sure of. The numbers seemed to surpass our own evaluations.

We chose a listing point for a quick sale, although higher than what we originally thought we could get on the high end, Ashley assured us it was actually low if anything. Despite set backs on our end, we got photographed and listed. After the open house she brought to us 3 competing offers and we ended up selling generously above asking, right on the money for Ashleys high end of the evaluation scale.
