This was especially evident when our dream trip to Italy had to be cancelled due to COVID 19. Not only was the Kaleidoscope team indispensable when it came to planning and booking the trip initially, they were amazingly supportive and proficient when it came time to cancel and secure refunds. We will definitely be booking all our future travel plans through Kaleidoscope!
