Having been in the meat industry for over 30 years, from working retail grocery to mobile butcher and now in sales at Bouvry for the last year, Bouvry is very a progressive and innovative place to work. One of the only federally inspected facilities in North America providing multi-species proteins to North America, Europe and Japan.
It's a pleasure to be a part of the team at Bouvry Exports.

Been a part of this team for about 7 weeks now. The management team are some of the best I have worked with and I have been doing this for 30 years. These managers actually care about the work being done. It's a big commitment to walk into a place and change the culture. That is what is happening here. It is a multi-species plant that is federally inspected. We ship to Japan, Italy, Spain all over Canada. This company just commissioned a custom production floor that processes Kosher beef. This company is growing and has the attitude in the senior management team to direct it in the right direction. I look forward to being a part of the future here.
