Personally, she was able to locate my pain with barely a touch, which was surprising. It was as if she could see it in my body. Then she used a type of scraping to release muscle knots. I'd never experienced anything like that before and I left able to move that area again, and explain to my massage therapist where she had touched to maximize the effect. Finally, she is understanding. She knows what she's about, so she may come across as mothering, or even bossy, but that's only because she really cares for her patients and wants to see them improve.
