(October 21, 2020, 1:22 pm)After some issues with asbestos and my other demo contractor bumping me, Shawn came in at no notice to save us by performing a terminal clean and removing my roof (I'm adding a second floor). Their work was great, crews were clean, price was more than fair, and they really worked to accommodate us. Will call them again.
(February 20, 2020, 3:53 am)We worked with Shawn and Local Remediation for demolition and asbestos removal of 1950s house we are renovating. They removed all detected asbestos containing material including vinyl flooring/mastic, drywall and furnace ducting with asbestos tape. They were very thorough and went above and beyond what our quote was for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will use Shawn again for any demo/remediation.
