Though we don't own pets of our own at the moment, we buy all the treats for our many four legged guests from Rascals, and have always found the support and guidance that the owners and staff provide to be very welcome . The store is very clean, attractive, friendly and professional.
(February 7, 2019, 2:16 am)I can't BELIEVE someone actually had the audacity to give Rascals a one-star rating! Smells fishy to say the least. I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but I just had to sing Rascals' praises after seeing that. There's a reason every other person gives 5 stars. The couple who run Rascals are the warmest, friendliest people you could ever hope to meet, their customer service is unparalleled, and they have fantastic, healthy selections for conscientious pet owners. I recently went in to buy my dog's favorite food and they were keeping some stashed in the back freezer with my name on it because that product was on back order - they had actually done the math beforehand and figured out how often I come in! And I barely know them! Now THAT's a professional pet store. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
(February 2, 2019, 1:13 am)We are so happy with the superior quality of food sold at Rascal's Pet Market. We had been dealing with another local retailer and find the quality of Rascal's Pet Food to be much better, less water, and great prices for their superior products. Their customer service is stellar, they have good relationships with their customers and pets and it shows as their customers are loyal and appreciative. They have even gone so far as to offer delivery which is above and beyond. Rascals Pet Market is by far the best pet store on the peninsula!
