(January 23, 2019, 3:49 pm)The staff were kind and accommodating. I didn't have an appointment and was able to get a chair in 5 minutes. All I got was the split ends cut off and to fix a spot in the front. She was finished within 15 minutes, then started blow drying my hair. It wasn't until I got to the till that I found that blow drying was considered 'styling' and not part of the complimentary hair wash. In winter. It's 18$ extra to leave with dry hair. In winter.
