(August 18, 2021, 2:04 am)We had a large Garry Oak branch come down on our overhead service lines, tearing the connection mast and front of the house off. I didn't know where to start, other than call the Fire Department.
Once we had dealt with the live electrical line, Wade from Niveau Construction showed up to assess the damage to the exterior and interior of the house. He cleaned the site, patched it up from the potential rain and prepared an estimate to complete the works.
Wade and his team came by as soon as the timing worked for us. He stayed in contact everyday and also worked with our electrician. You would never know that the damage had occurred.
Wade's experience was evident and appreciated. I would recommend Niveau Construction to anyone needing repairs or a new build. We will be contacting him again when we are ready for some additional renovations to our home.
