Actually, the wine fest is a community driven event, showcasing the islands local business and winemakers. Money is GENERATED for the Church and is used for outreach and other good works. I'm happy to be a member of a Church that engages it's local community in positive events such as the wine festival. I'm also glad I will NOT be seeing the other review writer at my church.

The Anglican Parish of Central Saanich is made up of two congregations: St Mary's and St Stephen's. We work together as one parish. Our worship strives to lead us into God's presence through the simplicity and beauty of Anglican liturgy.
