I fully recommend Rocky Mountain Imports for all your import vehicle needs. The staff are very knowledgeable when it comes to parts and availability and specific info regarding your type of vehicle. Owning an import is not the same as domestic. Getting an issue fixed can be a process. These folks worked through it with me and have gone above and beyond to ensure I left a happy customer. It is to be expected that there can be delays when waiting for parts etc but once all the pieces arrived they completed the job in a timely manner. What impresses me most is how thorough they were. Now driving with a smile on my face. Thanks guys!

I traveled from the US to Vancouver Island ( BC ) to purchase a Japanese Import from a private party . The previous owner had used Rocky Mountain Imports ( RMI ) in the past. I knew from the add it needed a new windshield and some electrical work.
I figured John and his staff at RMI was the obvious choice. They had the correct glass for a new windshield ( and installed it ) and they also had the proper Mitsubishi electrical switch I needed as well ( probably the only ones in BC for both ). They even tackled a 3 rd item I discovered, all in a prompt and competent fashion.
I noticed that John and his staff have a rare balance of being personable and also very knowledgeable and professional. They fixed everything, so I had a smooth and trouble free, 1,000 mile ride back to the States. And now I know where I can order parts if I need them.
Based on my experience I'd highly recommend them.
