From my first email with Chad to my last conversation with Derek, SpecMech has more than met my expectations, they've surpassed them by leaps and bounds.
Front end consultation was thorough and done in a timely fashion. They made sure they were clear as to what they could deliver and all items were priced out on the quote (there were no surprise charges and extra materials that I needed to purchase after the equipment arrived and was installed). They updated me to production progress and even delivered the equipment ahead of schedule. Post production support was amazing and I'm sure Derek was tired of hearing from me, but he never once made me feel like he was! I can honestly say that all of my distillery purchases in the future will go to specmech, and congratulations to the team, great job!
