T Russell Millwork Ltd. (TRM)

We had T Russell Millwork come over to give us a quote on replacing our bathroom vanity that had odd dimensions and would need to be custom. They were quick to notice that there was some wasted space in our bathroom that could be better utilized. They drew up what we had requested and an alternate vanity which more than doubled our storage and completely changed the way we would use our bathroom. We went for it! What resulted was a beautiful custom vanity that was not only incredibly functional but also stunningly beautiful. We went with Maple wood doors and the grain matches up along the whole piece. They also created a custom stain to match the flooring in another area of our home. We could not be more thrilled with the result. I would highly recommend this company. They are true professionals.

We had Dwayne and TRM work with us on our home renovation on two separate occasions. The first was our kitchen and two bathrooms and the second was on our guest bathroom and kitchen pantry.

My daughter chose Dwayne At TRM to build our custom kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities. We had a lot of demands to make good use of a limited space. We arrived from Toronto to a gorgeous kitchen - shiny white with sleek chrome handles, and great use of corners and small leftover slots. A couple of gorgeous wood shelves and under cabinet lighting really added to the richness.
Our vanities are a beautifully grained hardwood. Everything is solid and smooth. Thank you to my daughter for selecting TRM, and thank you TRM!

I love my kitchen and obviously the cabinetry is the major part of that aesthetic. Dwayne and his team were unendingly patient in my quest for perfection in the details.
The bathroom vanity was my design and although at first there was a question about it being a workable plan, in the end they managed to flawlessly create exactly what I had imagined and I am grateful, it functions well and again, I love it.

We are a senior couple who have lived in our current home since our retirement some twenty years ago. Rather than moving to another house we opted to make our home more age friendly. Amongst other things this entailed moving food supplies and other goods previously stored in the basement to the kitchen. To accomplish this we needed to increase storage space and re-design the kitchen to suit our needs. We employed T Russell Millwork Ltd. to remove the old cabinets and do the necessary design work.

Gerry Scallion and his team recognized what was required and after several consultations developed and installed a kitchen with specially designed features such as strategically placed cabinets with shelves, deep drawers under the counter and corner drawers substituting for the more common Lazy Susan type equipment. All of these features provide easy access to pots, pans, dishes etc. and greatly reduce the need to use steps to reach higher shelves or stretching to access the back of corner cupboards. An additional large pantry was installed to accommodate the goods from the basement. Both pantries are equipped with pull out shelves which makes everything visible and accessible.

A very neat and functional hand rail was fitted at one area where there are a few steps up to the family room.

A big thanks to Dwayne and his team for their efforts and patience when we changed our minds about a couple of things.

Gerry was exceedingly helpful and supplied us with the names of companies that he had worked with in the past to provide services such as flooring, plumbing, electrical etc. These recommendations proved to be efficient and cost competitive. Dawyne and Gerry helped co-ordinate the scheduling of the other trades in a manner which avoided delays.

We are extremely satisfied with our beautiful new kitchen (which came in under budget). Thank you Dwayne, Gerry and he whole TRM team for all your efforts to make our project a great success and which has enabled us to remain in our home.
