I had a portion of an earring come off (most likely my own fault) so I called up to see if I could order a replacement piece. I spoke with the owner, and she went to the trouble of shipping me a brand-new set of the earrings for free - even paid the postage! Talk about service and the kind of businesses I want to support. I shop frequently here in Downtown Vancouver, so I feel like I have a good idea of what's trending for style - this company in on point in every way and I look forward to owning more of their stunning pieces!
