Absolutely fantastic bunch guys and gals. Very knowledgable and welcoming from the moment you come in the door. Dan in sales is great to deal with, will always point you in the right direction and gladly answer questions making the process easy. Hats off to Jamie as well, these guys take great care of their customers. Have to mention Glen and Pam in the apparel department for their great help in finding the right gear, super friendly and accommodating. Thanks guys!!

Can’t say enough good things about these guys. Just bought my first bike from them, and from start to finish was a great experience.

I came in about a month and a half ago not really sure what I was looking for but knew I wanted a dirt bike. My salesman, Dan got to work right away assessing my needs in a bike and steered me in a bit different of a direction (and thank god he did). About a month later I got a call from Dan who said he had the perfect bike for me considering cost and capability. I ended up with a very gently used dual sport bike (street legal dirt bike) so I could a) learn how to road ride which is a goal of mine and b) take it off road which is what I have wanted to do since day one. He was respectful of my price range and didn’t try to upsell me something I didn’t need/couldn’t afford. He literally found me a needle in a haystack and I went home on Thursday with the bike of my dreams at a fair price.

I would recommend anyone who is new to riding to check this place out and rest assured you are in good hands.

Awesome place, I've bought a bike from them and they're great! Friendly and fair staff, sales staff aren't pushy at all, very helpful and informed, great selection of bikes and gear, only negative is the service department will only work on brands they sell

The best service ever! I love this place, especially after having been to other places that tend to look down on you if you don't have a big motorcycle. These people will always treat you well, the prices are amazing, and the location is convenient with good parking.

Amazing customer service from Dan, he greeted us from the start and asked if we were looking for something or needed any help.

He would also periodically come and check on us and see if we needed assistance with a friendly attitude.

Towards the end, he asked if we found what were looking for and what bikes did we see that got our attention.

As well, he was very thoughtful through out the conversation and even recommended the Vancouver Island Safety Council and got us a brochure. He also give'd his business card if we ever have any questions or need it something.

The man went to the moon and back for our experience. I absolutely recommend Dan if you ever go to Action on your next visit. The guy always keeps a smile. Keep it up Dan!
