Monday morning, "ATTEMPTING" to drive Esquimalt Road into Victoria at 6.40 am, the roads were like a Ball Bearing on Glass experience, not a single attempt was made to de-ice or salt , not just the main roads, but not even Head Street. I call "B-S" my wife advised, that you did try to de-ice at around 10.00 am.........................BULL. get your crew out of bed much earlier, as some of us "ACTUALLY START WORK" earlier.
