Frances has such an attention to detail, encourages one’s personality to shine through, and welcomes you to enjoy the process as you naturally are! The final results were more wonderful than I had expected, with such a prompt turnaround time as well. Frances is an amazing lady, highly skilled and so very lovely; what a professional!
