Island Return It Esquimalt

Love this place and the staff!!! You couldn't have a more enjoyable experience with a bottle depot . They have very well made carts that allow u to stack on the bottom and top as well as easy to use plastic trays. Bringing in excess soft plastic, cardboard, and glass is allowed and bins are laid out and labelled appropriately. The staff are friendly, good spirited, and readily willing to answer any question pertaining to sorting or placement of all recyclable materials they accept. Also it is a great place to get rid of styrofoam which is very hard to recycle. Less that goes to the landfill the better! Keep up the good work guys!!!💖

We use this facility regularly and appreciate that they take such a varied collection of recyclable goods. The staff are super friendly and helpful too. It’s great being able to drop off almost everything here in one shot. If they don’t take something, they’ll tell you where you can take it, or if it is destined for the landfill to save you time researching. They really know their stuff and seem to love to educate visitors on how to recycle even more!

Best bottle return centre in the city! It is clean, organized, and the staff are all fantastic, and very professional. It is so easy to return bottles there. I could not get to this centre Wednesday to Saturday this week so I went to another facility on Sunday and was really disappointed. I have never seen a more disgusting bottle return centre than the one on Queen St. It made me really appreciate the Esquimalt bottle return. From now on I will only go to this facility. Huge thank you to the staff at the Esquimalt store!!!
