Polarity Therapy with Fiona

I feel as tho the angels must’ve connected me with Fiona. I was encouraged by my guides to have a session on her table. Her gently humble and very kind energy was immediately evident. Her wisdom and guidance demonstrated faith, wisdom and trust in the process. I felt safe in her capable hands and was very pleasantly surprised that my session went incredibly deep into healing a core trauma issue…easily and gracefully. What blew me away was that the session with Fiona included an experience that affirmed my healing process could continue to be peaceful and drama free.
This is new for me and an amazing gift that continues to grow and give spiritually! 🌹

I had my first treatment a week ago, and Wow!
I felt a pretty immediate change, a lightness that is hard to describe throughout my whole body.
In the days following my treatment I was feeling a little sensitive emotionally but at the same time, more free from some painful experiences in the past.
In my physical body, I was definitely awake and comfortable but also very aware that an old injury was asking for attention, and I think Id been just powering through it, not listening to it.In just a week Ive focussed my energy in the areas that really talked during my session with Fiona and I feel more capable, more in control and less bothered by the old discomforts.
Looking forward to my next treatment.
I totally recommend a session for anyone but especially if you are feeling overwhelmed in any area, in chronic pain or struggling with mental health.

I’ve had many polarity therapy sessions with Fiona over the years; if I could recommend any body worker to work with your body and soul I would recommend Fiona and her healing hands. Fiona is not only professionally extremely talented in what she does as a somatic and polarity therapist, but she is a genuinely kind person who cares about your well-being and health in a holistic and healing manner. Choose Fiona to be your polarity therapist and you will only be disappointed you didn’t start your healing journey earlier with her!!

After having a car trunk lid fall on my head and noticing after a couple of weeks that it seemed to have compressed my spine causing pain starting in my neck and moving down my body slowly. I was unsure what healing modality would be best and decided Fiona was a good place to start. It was a wonderful decision. After a brief chat we agreed a treatment with her would be a good place to start. I have since come to the conclusion that Fiona has what I call "magic hands." After one treatment I felt remarkably improved and after three treatments I was pretty much as good as new. A treatment with Fiona is a incredible experience. I am scheduled today for my second maintenance treatment which I will continue intermittently.
