Cottage living in the hart of Victoria.

I just moved into Portage West and couldn't be happier.

Situated on the Gorge Waterway, the setting is amazing, feeling like a vacation retreat, yet right in the middle of the Capital Region and walking distance to grocery, resteraunts, banks, and other amenities. Add to that the fact Portage West has a pool, BBQ area, dock, kayaks...

What's not to love.

The manager, Dave, is super easy going and friendly and made moving @ the height of the Covid 19 pandemic much less stressful than it could have been. Thanks again Dave.

Great place to live! Dave keeps the place in great shape for everyone to enjoy. Kayaks and a pool make it a real community feel, and at a great part of town. As a runner, there is access to many trails, like the galloping goose, thetis lake, and the gorge waterway. Enjoy!

LIved at Portage West, and was a great experience, we enjoyed every minute, and thought the management was outstanding (Special shout out to Dave). Would highly recommend renting here, or staying in their cottages. Bonus was kayaks on site for the gorge.

Great location on the Gorge. Peaceful with great amenities and a great property manager (shoutout to Dave). Would highly recommend for a weekend getaway or as a rental apartment!
