Awesome fresh made food..good prices excellent staff

Always a fan of their smoked bacon, and the delicious wraps. Some great deals on produce, of good quality, locally sourced options, with friendly and helpful staff. The new physical distancing rules at the sandwich counter definitely made for a challenging order process. Super hard to hear the deli clerk very well, and it was obviously frustrating him. I caught grief for asking in the wrong order, which was embarrassing. Then he took a long phone call while my wrap sat in the panini press, which was stressful. They could use larger, more clear signage for the line up at the counter, as I saw none, and people definitely crowded too close for comfort. I miss living closer to the West Saanich store instead of Esquimalt.

It's all about the sandwich station - I only go to the Esquimalt location - they let me substitute guacamole or hummus for cheese - veggie sandwiches are good here - prices the to be a little higher than some other local grocery stores
