air quality test and discovered some mold in our apartment, Mathew was very professional and walked us through what was found and put our minds at ease. After having a Depreciation Report done for our 11 unit townhouse complex, we were informed that there were signs of mold in some of our attics. We talked to a number of mold remediation companies and found Coast Pure Air to be very informative and knowledgeable about our situation. Mathew came and did a thorough inspection, supplied pictures and a written description of the problems he discovered. He gave a detailed quote, and started the remediation within two weeks. Mathew arrived promptly each day and was in and out of each unit with little disruption (many owners work at home). Any questions we had during the remediation were answered immediately. Mathew also provided after pictures which showed all the mold be be removed.
The final cost was exactly as quoted.
