Sean did an excellent job of my home inspection! He went above and beyond any other inspector I’ve used previously. He was thorough and even took extra pictures that I requested because I was not able to view the home due to Covid and living out of province. He called me after the inspection to discuss the home deficiency. I highly recommend him!

I’ve been in my home for almost a year now and have had a general contractor, electrician, and plumber all comment on how thorough the inspection was. I’m one case the plumber said most inspectors wouldn’t pick up on things like that and asked for a referral for their own home. The inspection was such a great experience too! He went over everything in detail, offered follow up help, and was so professional. Not to mention I was on a tight timeframe with competing bids and was delighted how fast we could book. After having a few inspections done over the years I would only use Highland now!
