I’ve been sending my doodle, Luna, with Amy for the past fews months. Luna knows what days Auntie Amy comes to pick her up - she eagerly looks out the window all morning and then races down the hallway to meet her at the door!
Amy is so kind and compassionate. You can truly see how much she cares for each pup. Communication is always excellent and I love receiving all the pack photos.
It’s incredible to see the friendships that Luna is forming and seeing her confidence grow. Luna always comes home extremely happy and ready for a long nap!
I would highly recommend Amy to anyone searching for a dog walker! 💕💕

Amy is absolutely amazing with my dog Apollo! He has his little routine now where he knows the days he gets to go on his hikes… and you can tell he is super excited for them! She sends pictures after each walk, so you can see the amount of fun the pack has together! I also love that she works on his training a bit when they are out together and it isn’t just one big puppy free-for all!

You can definitely trust Amy with your four legged besties, and I definitely recommend her services to anyone in the Westshore area!

We have been sending our pup with Amy for a few months now and we LOVE her!! Amy is so loving and patient with our pup and he always comes home super tired after being out with her. Pacific Dogwood Dogs Adventure Dog Walking service is absolutely one of the best decisions that I have made for my high energy Aussie-Doodle, King Louis. When Louis first met Amy and Lola (her nurturing Golden Retriever) he instantly fell in love, continuous bum wiggles and all.

Louis first started his adventures walk with Amy when he was 7 months old and now considers Amy apart of his pack. He would wait eagerly at the door for Amy to arrive for his walks, and even howled for her by the window in anticipation. Amy always greets Louis with the same loving energy but creates calm and implements structure so he can calm down before his big adventure. Louis always comes back from his walks with big smiles, tail wagging, and completely tuckered out.

You know the Confucius quote “Choose a job you love, and you'll never have to work a day in your life”? Well, I swear Amy lives by it! You can easily tell by how she handles the dogs, and how she passionately talks about the dogs that this is not just a job for her.

I also use her for boarding, and she has formed such a bond with Louis that I am completely at ease during my travels. Louis always throws a fit until he sees he’s going to Aunty Amy’s house. Then he doesn’t even look at me when he dashes into Amy’s arms. I may get a “Okay, bye!” bark from him, but that’s about it!

There was also an incident where Louis had a terrible experience at a Doggie Daycare. He was crying at even a moderately raised voice, flinching at every movement, and barking aggressively at any male pass-byers in hats. Amy saw that my little guy was struggling and took him on an extra walk to lift his spirits. He had a full day of doing what he loves, playing with dogs, hikes, and hanging out with Amy.
Such an act of kindness! By the end of the day, my little guy was already on the path to normalcy.

If you are thinking of Pacific Dogwood Dogs, I would stop and ask myself this, “How happy do I want my pup to be on his walks”? And if your answer is, “Living their best life!”, then I would not hesitate to pick up the phone and book a “meet and greet” today.

Amy is beyond amazing! She is so kind, gentle, and is compassionate with every dog she has under her care! We love having her as our leader for Panda Bear. We love what she does with the dogs, taking them on daily adventures. Panda always comes home happy and tuckered! We love hearing updates and photo updates of her hikes! We always look forward to the hikes!
