As a medical doctor I don’t have the time to write many reviews except when someone is outstanding.
We had such horrible luck with the chimney medic in Sooke and wasted money , it took a weeks to get me my paper work. Darion came by last minute to help out when he heard our story. Staff was Amazing. We had our fireplace inspected in 1.5 hours and documentation provided. Left him a huge tip for saving my day from other individual. Will always choose to use this business

We have switched to gas on our 2 fireplaces & our only regret is not being able to support this local business anymore. For several years, Alexander’s annually cleaned our chimneys. They are just the best......friendly & super efficient at a reasonable price. If you need a chimney cleaned, this is the outfit to call!

I hire Darion every year to clean my wood fireplace, he comes when says he will, always does an inspection, and spotted issues for me.

Five star customer service from first phone call. We have brand new metal roof and had been told by 4 previous other companies that it can't be done without expensive scaffolding, however, Darrin was not hesitant at all to use his hook ladder to tackle the metal roof. With 20+ yrs of experience he came HIGHLY recommended. Fantastic job, cheaper than other companies and excellent communication from start to finish. Thanks for a great job on what turned out to be one of the worst chimneys you have ever cleaned !
