Service dept front end could be less condescending. Some customers DO know what they are talking about... What is Harleys trademark?
(November 14, 2018, 4:53 pm)I called Barnes in Victoria to have warranty work done on my bike, booked the appointment and they came to Nanaimo to pick up my bike, my experience with them was fantastic. They went above and beyond. I bought the bike at a dealership in Vancouver, (won't mention the names) nothing but a hassle after the purchase. Barnes has now earned all my business.
