I recently bought a new home, with a completely undeveloped back yard. I got numerous quotes from other landscapers, who told me it would be extremely difficult to make the yard livable, or get a machine back there. Some even gave me quotes for $100k, due to the fact that the property was mostly rock, and not flat.

After a lot of discouragement, wondering what I just got myself into, Derek was referred to me. Although it was a huge, difficult job, Derek managed to get his bobcat to the back, and got my entire yard done in a week. He even went out of his way to pick up plants and some larger items I needed for the house, that would not fit in my vehicle. On top of that, he framed out a sidewalk and two patio areas for me, and even found and met a concrete finisher at my house when I was out of town, to make sure it was all done for me before I returned.

Derek went above and beyond expectations, and even returned after the concrete was poured to remove the forms and tidy up the yard a bit. He was also very honest about the cost of materials, and even provided receipts.

His pricing is more than fair, he is very professional, and does an amazing job. I am incredibly thrilled with the end result, and cannot wait to enjoy the summer in my beautiful new yard!
