Hedstrom House

I stayed at 1060 gold stream avenue for more than a year. Its a beautiful apartment to live in.
Yuliya the building manager is very helpful. She made the moving out process very easy.
Building does need a work on soundproofing.
Overall its a nice to live in.

Moved in October 2021. I will give 5stars to the apartment manager, always accessible and responsive not to mention friendly. The building and rooms are aesthetically pleasing. I also love the gym, game room and rooftop. What I am having a hard time with is how a building that is not even 2 years old has such terrible sound proof. #nightRN 🤷

Absolutely fantastic building Manger. Yuliya, is the best.
Very happy with the amenities, especially the blue bubbles. Everything is brand new and very functional. My only fault is the sound proofing, could be better. But love the building, very happy I moved in.

I love this building because people are so nice, specially the manager, the cleaners and the place es very clean too.

Yoliya is always ready to answer any questions and try to help in any way is possible.

I moved to this building in April 2021. Close to main highways and for shopping. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite, which gave us more than we needed, but it was so lovely to have the extra space. All the rooms were immaculate and equipped with everything we needed. The building has a well-managed gym and an open place to sit/barbecue.
The site leadership is really helpful and professional; when I came, I chose a suite on the main floor, but due to less privacy, I requested to change the suites after a couple of months; they accepted the request and found me a new suite at the other floor. I have noticed many other examples from other people as well who live here.
I highly recommend this place to stay.
