Miles was very thorough!
He checked the house top to bottom and the neighboring houses to make sure there wasn't anything wrong on the strata.
He read our depreciation report and made a disk full of pictures for us.
10 out of 10 would recommend again.

Myles was amazing. Incredibly thorough, thoughtful and honest in his assessment of prospective homes. The first inspection we had him do for us saved us from buying a property that would have ended up a money pit! However Myles pointed out several things we would have otherwise not been aware of and it ultimately ended up saving us tons of money and headaches in the long run!

When we finally did find another home, he again was very thorough and his inspection confirmed that it was the home for us!
