I was quoted a price that included delivery and tax. I was never informed that there would be an extra charge for having the concrete truck there for more than 10 minutes. Apparently this is common knowledge and is usually told to first time customers.
Other than that, the service was great.

Excellent customer service! Our family was pouring concrete for our patio and bit off more than we could chew. John jumped in and helped us with leveling the concrete, I don’t know what we would have done without your help, Thank you so much for your help John!

We have a high water table and the semi-water proof concrete was mixed exactly as ordered. The driver was punctual, friendly and helpful, making the job so much easier. The small quantities help to make the DIY homeowner project affordable. We highly recommend their services.
