  Kylie at customer service was amazing! I’m not the easiest customer to deal with but she went above and beyond to ensure that my buying experience was positive!! I will continue to be a loyal Langford Lowe’s customer!

  Good home improvement and hardware store. Friendly staff and easy to find what you are looking for.

  If you need help with a project, I highly recommend not coming here. Especially between the hours of 4pm to close any day of the week. Lowe's seems to only staff the store with 3 employees so good luck trying to find anyone.
  
  Most of the staff are uneducated when it comes to Renovations or DIY projects.
  
  If you are in need of assistance the store provides call buttons in most departments. Although having someone answer your call is a different story. Expect to wait at least 10 minutes; if not the rest of your day. Meanwhile every 30 seconds you will hear. "Special assistance needed in the plumbing area".
  
  On the plus side, they usually carry stock on larger items (over the range microwaves). If you were to go to home Depot you will have to pay for shipping because they don't ship to their stores.

  Excellent customer service representatives. Found what I needed. Very pleasant employees. Cashiers were very friendly too. Went out of their way to please the customer.

  Drove to Lowe's in Langford to get some solar garden lights. I visit these places regularly and it is unusual for staff to go much further than pointing to an aisle or showing you what they have on the shelves then disappearing. I told Howie, a sales assistant, that I had found the product online and that they were supposed to be in stock at this location. We looked everywhere and couldn't find it on the shelves and despite not finding it online he continued to investigate. This all took some time and I began to lose hope. Then he says he thinks he's found them and goes to get a ladder. Then I find him in the next aisle at the top of the ladder. Sure enough he'd found a full box hidden way up high. It's full of the solar lights I had come to buy.
  This may not seem so amazing but customer service is important to me, especially when I've done my homework and driven pretty far out of my way to get something.
  Howie went out of his way to help. He didn't do the easy thing and just tell me he couldn't find them or to try somewhere else or shrug and walk away which seems to be the norm in a lot of places. Howie continued to search and I really appreciate his effort. Thanks Howie, you did a great job helping me and you made my day. I wish there were more people like you.
