Easiest place to get insure on the island. When other told me I have to book appointment so I can spend money on insurance, I just gave Maxxam a call and bought my first home insurance. Similarly, when I need new or cancel existing car insurance, I just drive there and get it done in an hour. Super easy.

The procedures were clear and concise. I was able to renew both my insurance policies and complete the payments with a simple trip to the office. I could not enter the office but the staff made it easy for me to complete the process.

Always friendly staff, went yesterday to renew my car insurance(first time renewing in BC) and the woman (whom I am afraid to say I forgot her name) was tremendously friendly and helpful. Helped me save money from what I had been paying and was super polite.

Even during the covid business they are operating smoothly and efficiently.
