They were so polite and were happy to help, even scheduled a delivery to replace the piece with no fee, even though we had originally picked up from the warehouse ourselves. This is what true customer service and great business practice looks like. Very nice pieces, reasonable prices, and low pressure sales people. We love our new sectional!
